Criteria for application

This IS a PERFECT fit for you if...

You are female (above the age of 21) with MORE than 12kg (2 stone) to lose.

This is a female only coaching programme ideally suited for women needing to lose between 12 – 24kg (2 -4 stone)

If you need to lose less than 12kg then unfortunately this programme is not an ideal fit for you.

If you need to lose more than 24kg (4 stone) then please apply in full today (via the application form) and we will contact you to discuss whether or not the ‘Be Better’ programme is suitable for your individual goals and requirements.

The minimum aged requirement for application is 21 years of age (there is no maximum age)

A male only coaching programme is due to launch towards the end of the year.

You think you need to be 'fit' to apply.

The ‘Be Better’ programme is built around 3 main pillars – Mindset, Nutrition and Exercise.

Whilst nutrition and mindset are the main focus there is still personalised exercise programming involved.

Rest assured, the coaches will ensure this part of your programme is personalised to your current level of fitness (whatever that may be).  Even if that means you are initially only able to walk for 10 minutes before getting breathless, no need to worry – they’ll start you where you are and build from there!

If you have any pre existing injuries we’ll also ensure this is taken into account when designing any exercise programme.

You're looking for a personal trainer.

Whilst exercise coaching and programming is a huge part of the ‘Be Better’ programme – this is not a personal training or group exercise service.

The ‘Be Better’ programme is a coaching programme – delivery methods include a mixture of ‘in person’ coaching (both 1-2-1 and small group), one to one calls via phone/skype and daily online support from the coaches.
